Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Sessions are confirmed only once agreed directly with Thomas, including pricing, duration, frequency, location and availability.

Fees

Fees are paid directly by customers for agreed training sessions and programmes. Prices are provided on request.

Participation

Training sessions provide general exercise instruction and are not medical, rehabilitation or therapeutic services. If you have any health concerns, please seek advice from a medical professional before starting exercise. No specific results are guaranteed.
